Independent Creator · AI Engineer · Author · Musician · Activist
This site catalogues work I created or directed — books I engineered, software I built, Paradox game mods I created, music I composed on Suno, the Qyvaria AI ecosystem, and my journalism & activism. Primary focus: my books, mods, software direction, music, and public writing. Third-party components used as tools or dependencies are disclosed below.
I am John / Jan Havlasek, an independent AI engineer, systems thinker, author, musician, and public voice operating from the Czech Republic. My work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybernetics, intelligent control, human–machine systems, simulation, long-horizon software architecture, history, myth, consciousness, and direct public expression.
Under the name Qyvaria I design modular AI environments and orchestration concepts that keep the human in command of purpose, permissions, and final judgment. I reject black-box culture. I prefer systems that can be inspected, extended, and reasoned about.
As an author I engineer the stories, the backplots, the structure, and the intent of every book. AI is a tool I direct. It writes what I instruct it to write. I remain the writer. The books are mine.
I create performance and systems mods for Paradox Interactive games (Hearts of Iron IV, Crusader Kings III, Victoria 3, Imperator: Rome, Stellaris). I compose and publish original music on Suno (hundreds of tracks). I maintain open software collections that I test and release myself. I also practice journalism and activism through public writing and posts.
Listings emphasize work I originated or fully directed. Where software builds on others’ open-source code, game engines, or platforms, that is dependency or environment — not a claim that I wrote those foundations. See Attribution.
Writing with AI is not pressing a button. It is constant refinement, relentless editing, and deep intellectual engagement. Every sentence is constructed, deconstructed, and reconstructed. I run long focused sessions (often extreme endurance hours) to keep consistency, depth, and coherence across full works. AI multiplies the workload; it does not remove it. The vision, the decisions, and the final soul of the work stay with the human author.
I put hard work into every book. They are priced dirt cheap on purpose so people can actually read them. I wrote the story, the backplot, and engineered the whole structure. AI wrote the text I directed it to write. I am the writer. AI is a tool.
Real mental workload of AI-assisted authorship — refinement, editing, endurance. Why the human remains the writer.

Open Studio Material →Central information repository and public technical identity material.
Open Info Repo → Full GitHub Profile →Advanced experimental tool on Google AI Studio: inspect software structure and analyze codebases. Built/configured by me as an applied AI engineering experiment on Google’s platform — not a Google product, and not a claim that I own the underlying Google AI Studio infrastructure. Part of the practical AI tooling work under the same creative identity.
Open AI Software Inspector →Advanced experimental AI app (Aura AIV) hosted on Google AI Studio. Configured and directed by me for practical AI workflows. Runs on Google’s AI Studio infrastructure; Google owns that platform. This listing is for an experiment I publish under my name.
Open Aura AIV →Need a specific tool, script, utility, automation, or small system built? Describe the requirement clearly. I build software on demand.
Request Software →Unofficial fan mods. These mods are unofficial community modifications for personal use with games published by Paradox Interactive. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paradox Interactive AB. All Paradox game names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Download and use at your own risk; always back up saves.

Paradox Lords — Mods for Paradox Interactive games made by John Havlasek.
Open Paradox-Lords Repository →Performance-focused mod for Hearts of Iron IV. Aimed at reducing lag and improving late-game / large-war responsiveness so the campaign remains usable.
View / Download →Performance improvements combined with new AI work for Imperator: Rome. Targets both speed and more coherent AI behaviour.
View / Download →Performance mod for Crusader Kings III under the Qyvaria name. Focused on keeping large maps and late dates more playable.
View / Download →Mod work for Victoria 3 — performance and systems adjustments under the Qyvaria label.
View / Download →Optimization-oriented mod (Stellaris-related). Targets performance so large galaxy games stay more manageable.
View / Download →Want a mod for a specific Paradox title or feature set? Describe what you need. I create game mods on request.
Request a Mod →Original music created and published by John Havlasek on Suno. Over 600 tracks. AI-assisted composition under my direction — same principle as the books: I define the vision, the style, the intent; the tool executes.
The complete library lives on Suno. Open the profile to browse, play, and listen to all tracks. A true “radio of all 600 songs” requires hosting the audio files or continuous embedding that Suno’s public interface does not fully expose for third-party sites. The official profile is the reliable player.
Open Suno Profile — Play All Music →More tracks and the full 600+ catalogue: suno.com/@john_havlasek.
Qyvaria is the umbrella for my AI systems work: modular orchestration, simulation-oriented thinking, human-centered control, and long-horizon architecture. Not a closed product. A public technical direction.
Downloads, release assets, documentation, Wikipedia-style information, checksums, and repository files for Qyvaria OS and related material.
Open Qyvaria Studio Index →Source, releases, kernel (qyvaria.py), books related to the system, and ongoing public work.
Qyvaria Repository →Qyvaria is not a chat wrapper and not a closed SaaS product. It is a public technical direction: modular orchestration, human-in-command control, simulation-oriented thinking, and long-horizon architecture.
STATUS Public direction in active development — some components under fix; check Studio Index and GitHub for current state.
Studio Index → GitHub Qyvaria →Public writing, commentary, and activism form part of my work. I use social platforms to publish analysis, criticism, and direct statements.
Primary public channel for longer posts, journalism-style pieces, activism, and ongoing commentary. This is where I publish material that does not fit inside software repositories or book releases.
Open Facebook Profile →Journalism and activism here means independent public expression — not institutional media affiliation. The work stands or falls on the arguments and evidence presented in the posts themselves.
Public log of what changed on this site and in the work it points to. Updated when something ships.
Donations buy freedom and motivation. Concretely they enable:
Independent creators need some form of support to continue long-term. Every contribution extends the runway for original work that is not owned by a company or committee.
I leave credit for anyone who donates. If you want your name or handle listed, contact me after donating.
Use this form to request a book, software, mod, or other work. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to Qyvaria@proton.me. No data is stored on this site.
Send topic, length preference, language (EN/CZ), and deadline if any. I quote after reading the brief. You get a written work engineered by me; AI is the tool, not the author of record.
Describe the problem, platform, and must-have features. Small utilities and focused tools preferred. I confirm scope before building.
Paradox titles preferred (HOI4, CK3, Victoria 3, Imperator, Stellaris-related). State the game, version if known, and whether you want performance, AI, or feature work.
Vague “build me an app like X” with no scope, unpaid speculative large platforms, or work that requires pretending AI wrote itself.
Anyone can email for anything: book commissions, software requests, mod requests, music ideas, collaboration, questions, activism/journalism contact, or general messages.
Write clearly what you need. I respond when capacity allows.
